Glen Echo Group Hires Three, Promotes Four

Washington, D.C., February 23, 2022 — Creative communications firm Glen Echo Group announced today the hiring of Kate Jahries, Isha Modi and Tricia McCleary. The award-winning firm also promoted four team members.

“Kate, Isha and Tricia have jumped right in with Glen Echo Group clients and partners, starting 2022 off with a bang,” said Maura Corbett, the firm’s founder and CEO. “And one of our favorite things to do is announce promotions from within our most excellent team—this time four of them!”

Kate Jahries joins the Glen Echo Group as a director. She was most recently a Communications Manager at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. “Glen Echo Group stands out for its unmatched expertise in partnering with clients at the forefront of technology and innovation,” Jahries said. “I am thrilled to bring my experience in public affairs, communications strategy and project management to this accomplished team.”

Isha Modi joins the Glen Echo Group as an associate. She most recently was Marketing and Communications Assistant at the Global Resilience Institute. “I’m excited to transition my career into the agency setting by joining the Glen Echo Group team,” Modi said. “Technology is becoming increasingly integrated into society, and it’s crucial that we acknowledge the policy implications of that. I look forward to working with our clients to make a positive impact.”

Tricia McCleary joins the Glen Echo Group as an associate. She most recently was Associate Public Relations Manager at The ONE, Nutrition Just for You, a health and wellness startup. “I’m excited to join the Glen Echo Group and work in the technology and communications space during such a crucial time,” McCleary said. “As innovation becomes increasingly essential in society, so does the support needed for these transformations. I’m looking forward to contributing to the client’s important missions in a meaningful, policy-focused way.”

Additionally, Glen Echo Group made four new promotions. Amy Schatz is now Senior Vice President, Anne Keeney is Senior Director and Carrie Hutcheson and Miranda Neil are now Senior Associates.
