Glen Echo Group Adds EU Tech Veteran Jesse Spector as Senior Director; Promotes Four

Washington, D.C., February 1, 2021 – Award-winning creative communications firm Glen Echo Group announced today that European Union technology policy expert Jesse Spector has joined the firm as a senior director. The fast-growing firm also promoted four team members.

Spector joins Glen Echo Group from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIAA) where she directed technology policy, advocating the emerging technology interests of a diverse membership of hundreds of digital companies. Long at the forefront of EU-U.S. relations, she previously worked as a policy officer for the digital economy at the Delegation of the EU to the United States, working on digital trade, privacy, internet governance, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

Jesse graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters in European Politics & Governance and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Glen Echo Group also promoted four staff members. TJ Chase is now a director on the creative team, Emma Christman is director of external affairs and engagement, Charlie Vinopal is a senior associate and Carrie Hutcheson is an associate.
